Welcome to Sapienza Guest House.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and to respect the property, the neighborhood, and current regulations, we ask that you read and accept the following terms and conditions.

## 1. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 am
Respecting the check-out time is essential to allow for cleaning and preparation of the apartment for subsequent guests.
Any requests for early check-in after 6:00 PM must be agreed upon in advance and incur a €10 surcharge for each additional hour, subject to availability.
Any late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur a supplement of €10 for each additional hour for a maximum of two extra hours (late check-out max. by 12:00).

## 2. Booking and Payments
The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit or agreed payment.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate selected at the time of booking.
In case of no-show or cancellation after the deadline, penalties may apply according to the chosen pricing policy.
Payment Methods
The property accepts various payment methods, including bank transfer, cash within the limits established by current legislation, and other methods agreed upon at the time of booking, such as credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, China Union Pay, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal).
Any required deposits must be paid within the deadline communicated by the property in order to guarantee the booking confirmation.

## 3. Registered Guests
Access to the facility is permitted only to guests who have been duly registered and notified to the competent authorities in accordance with current legislation.
The number of people present in the apartment cannot under any circumstances exceed the number indicated in the reservation.
It is not permitted to host or allow access to undeclared persons.
The property has two double bedrooms. Depending on the number of guests indicated in the booking, the rooms needed for your stay will be prepared and made available.
Additional rooms can be made available upon request.
Guests are required to provide a valid identity document for registration purposes as required by Italian law.

## 4. Noise and Neighborhood Respect
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Maximum respect for public peace is required
- Parties, events, gatherings or activities that could disturb the neighborhood are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed inside the facility unless prior written authorization from management is obtained.
The property is located in the historic center: respect for the context and the neighborhood is essential.

## 5. Smoking Ban
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
In case of violation, a charge will be applied for extraordinary sanitization and restoration of the premises.

## 6. Apartment Care
Guests are expected to treat furnishings, appliances and amenities with the utmost care.
Any damage must be reported promptly.
It is not permitted to move furniture or change the layout of the rooms.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the structure or furnishings.
Do not use towels or linens to remove makeup, dyes, oils, or substances that could permanently damage them.
Bed linens, towels, bathrobes, and all other textiles in the apartment are the exclusive property of Sapienza Guest House and may not be taken outside the building.
In case of loss, damage or removal, a refund of the value of the item may be requested.

## 7. Security and Keys
- Turn off lights, air conditioning and electrical devices when leaving the apartment
- Always close doors and windows
- Do not leave keys unattended
It is recommended to always check that the entrance door is properly closed when leaving the apartment.
In case of loss or failure to return the keys, a refund may be requested for key and lock replacement for security reasons.

## 8. Use of Facilities and Services
It is forbidden to throw wipes, sanitary towels or any unsuitable material into the toilet.
Please recycle according to the instructions provided inside the apartment.
Responsible use of air conditioning and electrical systems is required.
It is forbidden to leave air conditioning or electrical appliances on when guests are absent.
Wi-Fi is provided free of charge to guests and must be used in compliance with current legislation.

## 9. Children
Children must always be under adult supervision.
The facility is not responsible for any accidents resulting from improper use of the spaces.

## 10. Responsibility
Sapienza Guest House is not responsible for any personal items left unattended inside the apartment.
The property is not responsible for any damage or theft to vehicles parked in public areas.
Management reserves the right to request compensation for any damage caused to the structure, furnishings, or equipment in the apartment.

## 11. Acceptance
Staying at Sapienza Guest House implies full acceptance of these rules.
Failure to comply may result in termination of the stay without the right to a refund.

## 12. Parking
The property has a municipal parking permit dedicated to Sapienza Guest House, valid exclusively in the areas permitted by municipal regulations (zone 8).
During their stay, guests may be provided with a temporary authorization pass free of charge, which must be displayed prominently on the vehicle.
The pass is strictly personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the duration of your stay.
At the end of the stay the pass must be returned.
In case of loss, damage, or failure to return, a €10 refund will be required, corresponding to the cost of reissuing the municipal permit.
The facility is not responsible for any fines, damages, or thefts related to vehicles parked in public areas.
Privacy
Personal data will be processed in compliance with the current GDPR regulations.
